Salento in Milan
Love for tradition and origins brought us here. Our raw materials come directly from Salento: sea urchins, mozzarella di bufala, Altamura’s black chickpeas….we love food. The one that is just good: that’s why we respect seasons and to “fast” we prefer “slow” food.

In order to make ourselves feel at home, in our restaurant we used the stone of Lecce also called “gentile stone” that welcomes our guests with its warmth thanks to its warm shades ranging from yellow to amber.
